Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?

YES! We offer a Love it or Return it Satisfaction Guarantee!

Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed! We have so much faith in our vendors that if you don't love their products, we'll buy them back. Return items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. We can also warranty exchange products purchased through us.

Instructions:

Return the item(s) to us including a copy of the original invoice and a reason for the return. For full credit, items must be received within 30 days of original purchase. Once received, we will review the return ASAP.

For the quickest processing of your return, please call or email us and we’ll provide you will a Return Authorization Number. That way, your return can be processed more quickly and efficiently.

Any exceptions made may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions:

  •     *  We only accept high rise and ladders back when they are returned unused and in new, saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.
  •     *  Special order and clearance items are not returnable or refundable.
  •     *  Used items are not refundable after 30 days.
  •     *  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
