Extreme Versatility

It's great because it has a long handle allowing you to work around ledges easier, especially for residential work. In conjunction with the rotations in all directions, it's extremely versatile. Keep in mind it's designed to work with Moreman channels; I use it with an Ettore channel, and it can slide a little, but holes can be drilled in the channel to make for a secure fit, and to avoid wearing out the tension of the handle.

I bought this along with an 18-inch Moerman channel to handle four problem panes at a bank. The windows are so high that I need a 24-foot pole to reach them, and I can't help leaving water behind when using a 22-inch Unger channel on a swivel handle. (But not the kind that swivels freely.) The Moerman equipment worked so well that I probably knocked five minutes off the time it takes to do those four high windows.
