This monster is heavy duty!!! Using this unit on a commercial condominium complex with 3 story walkouts. The weight with all three poles on was difficult but not unmanageable with 2 guys. Id recommend not using it where pine cones/needles are the main problem. It gets clogged with the most gentle technique. Otherwise wet or dry leaves and small sticks were no problem. 5 stars on function and durability. One major flaw was when moving the unit in a semi tipped position through yards and over exposed tree roots, curbs, etc the tank will crush your hand. Maybe add another latch for the front of the tank. A movable slot near the connection point of hose and pole would be helpful for the occasional clog at the tip. Id recommend that the arch tip have a angled or beveled end to prevent the suction from grabbing the gutter bottoms.
